  • Avoid crowded places, if the need arises to be physically present at a place use a proper medical mask and a glove to avoid touching contaminated surfaces.

  • Wash your hands thoroughly while singing the happy birthday song twice and apply an alcohol-based hand sanitizer regularly.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • Consume properly cooked food and ensure healthy food hygiene.
  • Ensure to take enough vitamins to strengthen your immune system.
