Travel

- If any staff recently returned from any trip, they should self-isolate for 14 days.
Health
- Keep your home surroundings clean and disinfect regularly.
- Avoid physical contact with anyone which includes kissing, hugging, handshakes.
- Avoid crowded places, if the need arises to be physically present at a place use a proper medical mask and a glove to avoid touching contaminated surfaces.
- Ensure you cough and sneeze into your elbow.
- Wash your hands thoroughly while singing the happy birthday song twice and apply an alcohol-based hand sanitizer regularly.
- Stay hydrated.
- Consume properly cooked food and ensure healthy food hygiene.
- Ensure to take enough vitamins to strengthen your immune system.
